Below we provide high-level descriptions of the portfolio of new products and services currently identified and in the progress of design and development. It is planned that all of these will be launched during 2022.
The sequential scheduling of each is still in progress, but the aim is for an initial launch of one or two during the latter part of Quarter 2 2022.
E-commerce NFT Marketplace
An E-commerce platform for digital assets.
This will be the first project using our E-commerce platform to offer a comprehensive digital marketplace for buying and selling all manner of digital products and services, such as nonfungible tokens (NFTs), artwork, E-games, digital tickets to online performances, and community subscriptions.
Emeldi Group has spent over 20,000 man-days and counting of software design and development efforts in the original platform. We have an installed base with prestigious clients both in the Telecoms (e.g. T-Mobile, Telefonica O2) and the Banking Sectors (KBC, ING, GE Capital & GE Money).
The software incorporates an open microservices architecture, a mature set of CRM functions, and an Enterprise Product Catalogue. It is recognized in the telecom industry as a leading product of its kind.
One of the future features of the EMG marketplace is to have an option to view the NFT Marketplace in the metaverse. Users using our NFT Marketplace will be able to view their NFTs in the virtual world and share it with others.

EMG Coin — Telco Token
The first E-commerce Telecom platform to enable payment, and peer-to-peer money transfer using its own cryptocurrency, EMG Coin.
Investors investing in, and holding, EMG Coin are not just owners of some crypto coin with utility, but are investing also in the future growth of Emeldi Group. This is similar to buying shares of a company, but with more benefits.
Holding EMG Coins will mean that the owners can access many associated benefits as we progressively develop and launch further applications and value-adding features in the Super App, E-commerce NFT Marketplace, and our SuperVerse Discovery game where investors will have many benefits to hold our coin. EMG Super App will be the first E-commerce telecom platform using blockchain technology for all customer orders, payment transactions and new customer contract authentication. EMG Super App users will be able to send and receive encrypted messages, share photos, videos, files, voice notes and even their location, and can also subscribe to live channels.
Localised content will be available through these EMG Super App channels that aim to entertain, educate and empower communities in some lesser-developed geographical markets.
The EMG Super App platform aims to harness growth in the African digital economy by breaking down barriers such as limited access to the internet and digital services, low smartphone penetration, lack of locally relevant content and affordability.The high cost of mobile data and higher-end phone devices needed to run for example whatsapp and other big tech video streaming services.
This omnibus, multi-function EMG Super App will be an easy-to-use consumer app for mobile devices enabling users to perform a wide variety of online activities be they financial, leisure, occupational and others. For instance, when buying data obtaining discounts; receiving rewards for purchases using the EMG Coin; consuming less data when messaging, e-shopping, using music streaming and video games.

Emeldi Group‘s IT team has already built the major functionalities of the Super App, 65% functionality is completed including the- E-commerce, Order Management-CRM, Enterprise Product Catalogue, Video Calling, and NFT Marketplace. SuperVerse Discovery Game
“Metaverse” E-Games, with “Earn-as-you-play”
There has been a rapid growth of new generation electronic video games in the last four years; particularly, games that employ the use of crypto coins and/or NFTs. The speed of this development is supported by the arrival and growth of multiple crypto exchanges where their coins and tokens can be easily bought and sold.
This segment of the E-Games market is still in its infancy and there are new emerging opportunities for newcomers with well-executed products and coins/tokens.
EMELDI GROUP has acquired the rights to a traditional game that will provide the baseline input for the development of a next-Gen “Multiverse” game; the name of which will be “SuperVerse Discovery”. This will include an important element of “Earn-as-you-play”; and could become a cornerstone source of significant revenues. The team assigned to work on this project are excited about its planned scope and distinctiveness. The scheduling for launch is under discussion.
Many users holding EMG tokens will get airdrops of NFT characters which will be the entry to play the SuperVerse Discovery Game. People not holding EMG tokens will need to buy the characters to play the game.
